This week is National Volunteer's Week, so we would LOVE to recognise and THANK our amazing volunteers in the Library!

The following people help us ENORMOUSLY by covering all our new books so they will last for many, many years for all our children to borrow and read!  

Please join us in thanking Diem Hoang, Stella Kyriakou, Bianca Paton, Katie O'Hara, Qin Wan, Sheridan McCutcheon, Mimma Cutroni and Shannon Zammit

We also acknowledge Kate van Noordenne who coordinates the Scholastic Book Club through the school.  All points raised through the BookClub are directed to the Library to enable us to make further purchases to enhance the book selections available to our children.  A very big thankyou to Kate & all who use and support the Book Club and School Library.

Also in the Library this week - was the National Simultaneous Storytime Book Reading of "The Truck Cat" by Deborah Fenkel and illustrated by Danny Snell.  What a gorgeous book it is.. with wonderful illustrations accompanying the storyline of Friendship, Belonging, New Life, Home and Love.  We encourage you to have a look at The Truck Cat, and perhaps read it with your child again.
